PRess Release Cast™ is a WBN News Corp Inc. platform that accepts press releases from businesses, organizations, and PR professionals — and publishes them in a dedicated, community-facing archive. Select submissions are developed by WBN editors into original editorial articles published in the WBN news feed.
The Dual-Lane Model
Lane One: Your press release is published verbatim in the PRess Release Cast™ Hub — formatted, indexed, and searchable by the WBN community. Every accepted submission is published in Lane One.
Lane Two: Select submissions are developed by WBN editors into original editorial articles published in the WBN news feed under a WBN byline. Purchasing does not guarantee Lane Two placement. WBN retains final editorial authority.

01Submission Standards
Required fields, length limits (200–800 words), structure (headline, dateline, lead, body, boilerplate, contact), prohibited content (advertorial, opinion, unsubstantiated claims), embargo handling, and resubmission rules. One free resubmission per rejected release.
02Submission Queue Workflow
Receive → Standards Review (1 business day) → Lane Assignment → Approve / Hold / Reject. Turnaround SLAs: Basic 5 days, Standard 4 days, Article Write-Up 4 days, Retainer 48–72 hours.
03Lane Assignment Criteria
Lane One: all accepted submissions published verbatim in Hub. Lane Two: editorial considers news value — timeliness, relevance to WBN audience, factual substance. Article Write-Up tier guarantees editorial review but not guaranteed publication. WBN retains final editorial authority.
04Editorial Write-Up Process
1. Approve submission to Both Lanes in Submissions tab. 2. Create editorial record in Editorial tab with brief. 3. Produce draft (AI-assisted, human-reviewed). 4. Editor review. 5. Mark Published — release gains Lane Two indicator on public Hub automatically.
05Revenue Engine Guide
Tiers: Basic (per-submission), Standard (per-submission + review), Article Write-Up (premium), Retainer (monthly MRR), Agency (custom volume). Annual commitments: 10–15% discount. Rush (24hr): 30–50% surcharge. Retainer auto-renews on 30-day cancellation notice.
06Data Management
All data stored in localStorage. Admin and public portal share the same data store — changes made in Admin are immediately reflected on the public portal without page reload. Export full JSON backup regularly. Import to restore from backup. Change admin password in Data tab.
Future Build: features scoped for future versions. Not in current v1.0 scope.
